Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Civil Engineer role based in Kozhikode.

The Site Civil

Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and supervisors, monitoring site progress, managing materials and resources, and addressing technical issues that arise during construction. The role also involves verifying quality of work, preparing site reports, supporting planning and scheduling efforts, and liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to keep the project on track.

Qualifications





- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills to develop, interpret, and implement structural and infrastructure plans.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on active construction sites, with the ability to manage field execution and site coordination.
- Planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to support timely project delivery.
- Stormwater Management knowledge to ensure proper drainage, compliance with regulations, and sustainable site development.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Familiarity with construction codes, standards, and safety practices relevant to civil works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications; proficiency with basic engineering and site measurement tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to collaborate with site staff, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to work in energetic site conditions.
