Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure site execution, planning, and supervision according to project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Develop and implement effective labor control measures to optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall project efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, logs, and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (site execution, planning & supervision).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
- Solid understanding of building construction processes, materials science, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
