Role Description The Site Civil Supervisor is a full-time role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing civil and interior works at project sites.

The role involves supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with GFC drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

The candidate should coordinate within the team, and with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines. Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, and resolving on-site issues. The role also requires supporting project managers with status updates, assisting in planning and sequencing of work,



and promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, building construction processes, and structural details.
- Experience in supervising residential site activities, coordinating with contractors, and managing day-to-day project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior detailed drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards, safety regulations, and basic site-level compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to make practical decisions on site.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering; prior experience as an INTERIOR site supervisor in residence/ villa projects is preferred
