Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role

STRONGHOLD is looking for a dedicated Civil Site Engineer to manage the execution of interior and exterior projects. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of handling day-to-day site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise interior and exterior site execution.

Manage labour attendance, deployment, and daily records.

Handle material planning, stock, and site inventory.

Prepare measurement sheets and quantity calculations.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients.

Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.

Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.

Eligibility

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience

1–3 years of site experience preferred (Freshers with practical knowledge may also apply).

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
