Site Civil Engineer – Basement + Ground Floor Construction Responsible for managing and supervising day-to-day civil construction activities at site for a Basement + Ground Floor project. Experienced in coordinating manpower, materials, subcontractors, and site activities while ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise excavation, PCC, footing, foundation, RCC, column, beam and slab works. Manage basement construction including excavation, dewatering, reinforcement, shuttering and RCC works. Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, dimensions and alignment before concrete casting.

Coordinate concreting activities, including quantity estimation, concrete placement, vibration and curing. Supervise brickwork/blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and other finishing works.



Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings and coordinate with consultants/contractors.

Prepare daily progress reports, material requirements and basic quantity measurements. Monitor labour productivity and ensure proper utilization of materials and resources. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and site teams to maintain project schedule.

Ensure construction quality, site safety and proper execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications. Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions to avoid delays and rework. Maintain proper site records, measurements and documentation.
