Roles and Responsibilities

- Diploma / BE - Civil with 3 plus years experience.
- Execution & Planning of all the Site civil work
- Ensuring the quality of construction & Materials
- Project work scheduling and maintaining the project Deadlines
- Coordination with Engineers / Sub Contractors / Surveyors
- Ensuring High Quality, Environment and Safety
- Responsible for achieve the target with time schedule.
- Carrying out works as per technical specifications specified in Bills Of Quantity.
- To check for proper stacking and storage of materials in various godowns and stores of the site

Desired Candidate Profile Must have knowledge of the building civil work & finishing . Through knowledge of the specification of the project. Understanding of the conceptual design and final layout. Fair communication skills and good job knowledge.

Hardworking, with good knowledge of handling site and team, positive communication skills, They have to do responsibility for site security, health and safety and the organization and supervision.
