Role Description The Site Civil Engineer is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing civil works on interior construction projects. This role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, planning daily site activities, and coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and MEP teams to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Experience working as a Civil Engineer on site, including planning and supervising civil works for commercial or interior projects.
- Knowledge of stormwater management and basic infrastructure coordination, ensuring site designs align with drainage and utility requirements.
- Proficiency in site planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet strict timelines and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety practices, quality control procedures, and construction materials.
- Ability to use basic engineering and construction tools, such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and measurement instruments.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on fast-paced projects.
