We are a reputed MES (Military Engineer Services) registered contracting firm specializing in defense infrastructure, construction, and maintenance projects. We are currently executing projects within the Chandimandir Military Station (Western Command) and are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer / Supervisor to oversee our daily operations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Site Engineer/Supervisor to manage day-to-day site execution, labor allocation, and quality control for our MES construction and maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on defense or government (CPWD/PWD) projects, an understanding of MES standards, and the ability to coordinate smoothly with military engineering officials.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction and maintenance activities at the Chandimandir Cantt site to ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to MES specifications, CPWD norms, and the Standard Schedule of Rates (SSR).
- Coordinate closely with MES officials, including the Garrison Engineer (GE), Assistant Garrison Engineer (AGE), and Junior Engineers (JE) for site inspections and approvals.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material consumption registers,



and labor attendance.
- Assist in the preparation of Measurement Books (MB) and site billing data.
- Manage site labor and subcontractors, ensuring optimal productivity and strict adherence to safety protocols within a high-security defense area.
- Track material inventory and raise timely requisitions to prevent work delays.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in site execution. Prior experience working with MES, CPWD, or other government contractors is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Familiarity with MB recording and MES SSR is a strong plus.
- Security Clearance: Must have a clean background.
- Skills: Solid leadership, problem-solving abilities, and reliable communication skills.

Schedule & Compensation

- Shift: Day shift (Monday to Saturday)
- Salary: ₹18000 – ₹25000 per month (Commensurate with experience)
