We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our badminton and sports store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a friendly personality, and an interest in badminton or sports products.

You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right badminton equipment and sports products while ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable badminton rackets, shoes, shuttlecocks, grips, strings, bags, accessories, and other sports products.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing and basic cash/UPI transactions.
- Maintain proper product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Monitor stock and inform the supervisor about low-stock products.




- Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Support badminton racket stringing and other showroom activities, if required.
- Build good relationships with regular customers.
- Keep yourself updated about new products and sports equipment.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in showroom/retail sales preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills and a genuine interest in sports can also apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of badminton and sports products is an advantage.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Basic computer/POS billing knowledge preferred.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
