Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet all guests/visitors professionally and ensure a pleasant showroom experience.

- Attend to guests and coordinate their hospitality requirements.

- Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness and presentation of the showroom.

- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure proper cleaning and upkeep of the showroom.

- Ensure guest areas, display areas, reception and common spaces are always maintained to high standards.

- Coordinate with housekeeping and other support staff for day-to-day requirements.

- Monitor availability of refreshments and other guest hospitality arrangements.

- Handle guest requests and ensure timely resolution of basic requirements.

- Maintain a professional, welcoming and well-organized showroom environment.

- Report maintenance,



cleanliness or facility-related issues to the concerned team.

- Ensure showroom standards and hospitality protocols are consistently followed.

Candidate Profile:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Presentable, well-groomed and customer-friendly personality.

- Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, showroom, hotel or premium customer-facing environment preferred.

- Should be comfortable supervising housekeeping/support staff.

- Positive coordination and organizational skills.

- Pleasant personality with a strong focus on guest experience.
