Role & responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day showroom operations smoothly.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate the showroom sales team.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service.
- Monitor sales performance and staff productivity.
- Ensure proper product display, stock availability and showroom cleanliness.
- Follow up with customers and develop recent customer relationships.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with Factory, Accounts, Dispatch and HR teams.
- Monitor cash, billing and documentation as per company procedures.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and discipline.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
