Drive productivity improvements: Implement lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, TPM) on the shop floor.

Manage production schedules: Plan what needs to be produced each day or week, assign workers, manage shifts, and ensure everything runs smoothly between teams.

Check quality of products: Early inspections, regular checks during production, and handling any customer complaints by finding and fixing the root cause.

Manage a team of workers: Assign tasks, track attendance, guide them during daily meetings, and review their performance when needed.
