Shift Manager – Kolkata

Job Type: Full time Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Experience: 2–5 Years

: We are looking for a Shift Manager to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth shift functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily shift operations
- Supervise and coordinate team members
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Handle staff schedules and attendance
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards
- Monitor stock and prepare basic reports
- Coordinate with the Store/Restaurant Manager

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Shift Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Team Leader
- Experience in QSR, Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality, or F&B;
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Graduate preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
