Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, caring, and attentive Shadow Teacher to provide dedicated one-to-one support to a student at The Shri Ram Academy. The role will involve overseeing the child’s academic progress, classroom engagement, daily school activities, and overall well-being while working closely with teachers and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide dedicated support and supervision to the child throughout the school day.

- Monitor and support the child’s academic performance, learning, and overall progress.

- Assist the child with classroom activities, assignments, and understanding of lessons, as required.

- Coordinate closely with teachers to understand the child’s academic and developmental progress.

- Observe and communicate the child’s strengths, challenges, behaviour, and areas requiring attention.

- Support the child in managing school routines, transitions, activities, and social interactions.

- Ensure the child’s overall well-being, comfort, and positive engagement at school.





- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding the child’s school-related progress and observations.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle all information relating to the child with discretion and professionalism.

- Ensure consistent follow-up on academic, behavioural, and other school-related requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.

- Prior experience working with children in a school workplace is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patient, empathetic, responsible, and highly attentive.

- Ability to build a positive and trusting relationship with the child.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with teachers and parents.

- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
