Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers for EV/two wheeler products, including repair and servicing.

- Conduct site visits to diagnose issues with electric vehicles and provide solutions.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer complaints.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed on each vehicle.

- Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by supervisors.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in after-sales service or related field (EV/two wheeler industry).

- B.Tech degree from a recognized university (preferably in Computers).

- Solid understanding of electric vehicle technology and its applications.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
