Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hands-on Service Mechanics / EV Technicians to join our technical operations team. Whether you are an enthusiastic fresher with a background in mechanical/electrical trades or an experienced automotive technician looking to upskill into the Electric Vehicle industry, this role offers hands-on technical exposure, competitive pay, and structured growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Vehicle Inspection & Diagnosis: Perform standard diagnostic checks, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting on electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, or charging hardware.
- Repairs & Component Replacement: Repair or replace electrical motors, controllers, wiring harnesses, braking systems, suspension components, and battery modules.
- Battery Maintenance: Test battery health (SoC/SoH), check connections, execute cell balancing procedures, and safely handle lithium-ion battery assemblies.
- Field & On-Site Service:



Attend breakdown requests, provide emergency roadside support, or conduct routine servicing at client premises when needed.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Follow strict safety protocols when working with electrical components, tools, and test equipment.
- Documentation: Keep detailed service records, job cards, and parts replacement logs for every repair task completed.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

- Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile Engineering, or relevant trade certification.
- Experience: Open to both Freshers with basic technical knowledge and Experienced Candidates (0–3+ years in automotive repair, two-wheeler servicing, electrical maintenance, or EV servicing).
- Skills: Basic understanding of electrical circuits, multimeters, power tools, and mechanical assemblies; ability to lift and handle heavy vehicle components safely.
- Mobility: Valid driving license; owning a personal two-wheeler for field service calls is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
