Service Manager – HVAC
Experience: 5–8 years
Location: Pune
Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC service and maintenance operations.
- Handle site/service team and allocate manpower.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and vendors.
- Monitor AMC, breakdown, preventive maintenance, and service schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of complaints and service activities.
- Prepare service reports, quotations, and MIS.
- Monitor service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage billing, recovery, and service-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong HVAC/MEP service knowledge.
- Valuable team management and client coordination skills.
- Experience in AMC and breakdown services preferred.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
