Responsibility: /n /n

- Cooperate with regional sales and local distributor; improve the satisfaction of end-user;

- Responsible for regional technical support (on-line or in office), make sure the Maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributor and end-user;

/n

- Promote the reagent parameters and improve the reagent consumption per analyzer;

/n

- Collect the Maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers;

/n

- Give service training to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributor, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills;

/n

- Apply reagent and spare parts for regional distributor and return the corresponding spare parts in time and follow up the complains;

/n

- Other tasks needed from Snibe

/n /n Requirements: /n /n

- More than 5 years' experience worked in IVD area, have strong technical skills, ability to work independently and perform well under pressure;

/n

- Immunoassay experience is more preferred

/n

- Able to use English as working language.
