About the Role

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Service Engineer to support our business expansion in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support for Q-Line Biotech products and instruments. The role will also involve handling AMC/CMC services, maintaining service records, managing spare parts, and ensuring prompt technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and resolve breakdown, repair, installation, and maintenance issues of Q-Line Biotech instruments.
- Provide timely technical support to customers and ensure effective service resolution.
- Handle AMC/CMC, preventive maintenance, and service contracts.
- Maintain service reports, equipment records, and other required documentation.
- Manage and monitor spare parts inventory for service requirements.
- Troubleshoot both electronic and software-related issues in diagnostic equipment.




- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on safe and effective equipment usage.
- Learn and support recent products and technologies introduced by the company.
- Prepare service reports and regularly update managers/supervisors regarding service activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 years of experience in servicing and repairing medical/diagnostic equipment.
- Experience with 3-Part/5-Part Hematology Analyzers, Biochemistry Analyzers, Semi-Automatic/Fully Automatic Analyzers, or similar laboratory instruments.
- Good knowledge of electronics, software troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn recent technologies and products quickly.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related technical field preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
