Panchsheel Filters Private Limited is looking for a Service Executive to provide technical and service support to customers using our industrial filtration products and systems. The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and customer support. This is a field-service role involving approximately 15 days of travel every month.

Key Responsibilities Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, inspection and service activities.

Attend customer complaints and service requests and ensure timely resolution.

Troubleshoot equipment and filtration-related problems.

Carry out preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solutions.

Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality and Sales teams to resolve customer issues.

Prepare service reports and maintain records of customer visits and complaints.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory closure of service issues.

Identify recurring problems and provide feedback to the internal team.

Support the Sales team in identifying additional service and product opportunities.

- Follow customer and company safety procedures at all times.
