About the Role

We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer – L1 to provide technical support to global users and ensure timely resolution of IT issues within defined SLAs.

The ideal candidate should have 1 year of IT support experience, excellent English communication skills, troubleshooting knowledge, and the flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily IT support tickets, emails and service requests
- Provide L1 Desktop & Application Support
- Troubleshoot Outlook, Internet, browsers, PDF and software issues
- Provide basic VPN and access management support
- Support Domain ID creation, password reset and user access
- Handle basic Active Directory and Wintel support
- Provide L1 support for DBA and Unix – password reset / ID creation
- Perform basic Network troubleshooting and MAC binding
- Support Video Conferencing and collaboration tools
- Manage shared mailbox, shared drive and application access




- Grant/revoke application access as per process
- Coordinate with internal teams and assign queries to appropriate support groups
- Maintain SLA adherence and provide timely ticket resolution
- Communicate effectively with global customers and service providers

Required Skills

IT Helpdesk / Service Desk / Desktop Support experience

Solid English communication skills

Windows & basic troubleshooting

Outlook, Internet & Browser troubleshooting

Active Directory – basic awareness

VPN & Access Management – L1

Basic Network troubleshooting

Ticketing / ITSM tools

Customer handling & problem-solving

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Education

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant field.
