Hiring: Firewall & PKI Service Delivery Lead in USA, Dallas, TX

HCLTech Cybersec Practice is looking for an experienced Firewall & PKI Service Delivery Lead to lead and deliver critical cybersecurity infrastructure services for a large Life Sciences and Healthcare customer in the US.

The role will serve as the primary liaison between HCLTech and the customer, ensuring robust service delivery, operational stability, security compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading Firewall and PKI service delivery and operations
- Managing customer relationships, governance, and service reviews
- Ensuring SLA adherence, operational performance, and risk management
- Coordinating technical teams to resolve incidents and service issues
- Driving automation, standardization,



and service improvements
- Supporting security architecture, technology upgrades, and compliance initiatives

Ideal background:

- Experience in Firewall, PKI, cybersecurity infrastructure, and enterprise service delivery
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with offshore technical and operational teams
- Willingness to work from the customer’s office three days per week
- Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or regulated environments is an advantage
