- Attend customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare accurate job cards based on customer concerns.
- Explain required service, repairs, and estimated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
- Monitor vehicle service progress and provide regular updates to customers.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure all customer complaints are properly addressed.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
