About the Role

We are looking for a Technical SEO & On-Page SEO Executive with strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve website visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify crawling, indexing, and website performance issues.
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, images, and content structure.
- Manage robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects, hreflang, and schema markup.
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and technical health.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SERP analysis, and search-intent optimization.
- Optimize content for Featured Snippets, People Also Ask, voice search, and AI-generated answers (AEO).
- Implement GEO strategies to improve website/brand visibility and citations across AI-powered search platforms.
- Identify keyword cannibalization, duplicate content, orphan pages, and indexing issues.




- Work with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Monitor SEO performance through Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and track rankings, traffic, CTR, conversions, and technical improvements.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, and emerging SEO trends.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Technical SEO & On-Page SEO.
- Knowledge of AEO, GEO, Semantic SEO, Entity SEO, and Topical Authority.
- Good understanding of HTML and basic website structure.
- Experience with Schema Markup and structured data.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
