Job Summary

Jayarajkarz is looking for a customer-oriented Service Advisor with 6 months to 1 year of experience in automobile service. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, service coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain service requirements, estimates, and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle inspection and repairs.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.
- Explain repair recommendations and obtain customer approval before additional work.
- Ensure proper vehicle inspection and quality checks before delivery.
- Coordinate with the spare parts and billing teams.




- Handle customer queries and service complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow up on pending vehicles.
- Achieve assigned customer satisfaction and service targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in automobile service is mandatory.
- Experience in Jeep, Citroën, or other premium car service will be preferred.
- Diploma / ITI / BE / B.TECH preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobile service and repair procedures.
- Ability to coordinate with technicians and customers.
