1. Role Summary

We are seeking a highly competent and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will manage the complete lifecycle of the customer service experience — from initial vehicle inspection and job card creation to monitoring repairs, final inspection, and vehicle delivery.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Greet clients professionally, assess their vehicle issues, and serve as the main liaison throughout the servicing process.
- Inspection & Job Card Management: Conduct detailed initial vehicle walk-around inspections and prepare accurate, comprehensive job cards detailing necessary repairs.
- Workshop Coordination: Collaborate closely with workshop technicians to monitor repair timelines, track job progress, and verify parts availability.
- Estimates & Approvals: Prepare transparent cost and time estimates, communicate additional repair requirements, and obtain necessary customer approvals promptly.
- Quality Assurance & Handover:



Perform post-service inspections to ensure work quality meets standards before overseeing final billing and vehicle delivery.
- Customer Retention: Effectively handle customer inquiries or concerns, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

1. Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an authorized automotivedealership or reputable multi-brand service center.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems, diagnosticprocedures, and standard repair processes.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strong customerfirst orientation.
- Operational Aptitude: Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), digital job card
- generation, and inventory tracking tools.
- Problem Solving: Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced workshop environment and resolve client concerns smoothly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
