Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist who can help grow our websites through strong keyword research, niche analysis, on-page SEO, content planning, authority-building strategies, and overall SEO improvement. The ideal candidate should be able to identify low-competition, high-opportunity keywords, suggest profitable niches, improve rankings for existing websites, and help increase domain authority through ethical SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct deep keyword research to find low-competition, easy-to-rank keywords with good traffic and business potential

- Suggest niche opportunities and content clusters that can rank faster

- Analyze competitors and identify keyword/content gaps

- Improve SEO performance of existing websites through on-page, technical, and content optimization

- Create SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority

- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, URL structure, and page content

- Audit websites for technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, indexing issues, duplicate content, page speed, mobile usability, and broken links

- Recommend content ideas based on search intent, keyword opportunities, and topical authority

- Build or guide white-hat backlink strategies to improve authority and rankings

- Track rankings, traffic, impressions, CTR, backlinks, and overall SEO performance

- Work with writers, developers, and marketers to implement SEO improvements

- Regularly provide reports with insights, progress, and next-step recommendations

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in SEO for multiple websites or niches

- Solid knowledge of keyword research tools and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, or similar

- Good understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO, and content SEO

- Ability to identify easy-to-rank keywords and realistic ranking opportunities





- Experience improving existing websites and recovering underperforming pages

- Knowledge of topical authority, internal linking, and SEO content strategy

- Understanding of backlink quality, link-building outreach, and domain authority growth

- Ability to perform competitor analysis and convert findings into actionable strategies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Clear communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in competitive niches

- Experience scaling organic traffic for new and aged domains

- Understanding of local SEO, programmatic SEO, or affiliate SEO is a plus

- Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, and website structure

- Experience handling SEO for multiple projects at once
