About the Role

We are looking for an SEO / Link-Building Expert to help grow We360.ai’s organic traffic and domain authority through link building, digital PR, original research, influencer collaborations, Reddit, and strategic off-page SEO.

You will work closely with the SEO, content, PR, and founder teams to build authority that translates into better rankings, referral traffic, brand visibility, and AI citations.

KRAs

- Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building campaigns.
- Identify and acquire relevant, high-quality editorial backlinks.
- Manage publisher outreach, guest contributions, listicles, directories, and link
- opportunities.
- Build relationships with relevant websites, journalists, LinkedIn creators, and YouTube influencers.




- Turn internal data and customer insights into research reports, PR stories, and linkable assets.
- Manage digital PR and media outreach with the PR team.
- Identify opportunities for legitimate Reddit visibility and citations.
- Support Wikipedia/Wikidata opportunities where appropriate.
- Build customer-driven mentions, case studies, and brand advocacy.
- Monitor backlinks, referring domains, competitors, and priority SEO clusters using Ahrefs.
- Continuously identify the biggest authority gaps and recommend where we should focus next.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in SEO, link building, off-page SEO, or digital PR.
- Strong practical knowledge of backlink acquisition, outreach, competitor analysis, and authority building.
- Experience using Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
- Strong communication, research, outreach, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research and productivity.

Strong Preference

- Ex-marketing agency experience
- Created or participated in creating a Wikipedia page
- Real Reddit marketing/citation experience
- Experience helping grow organic traffic from the early stages to 40–50K+ monthly traffic
- Experience with LinkedIn/YouTube influencer collaborations and digital PR
