Job Title: SEO Lead

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO Lead to manage and improve our organic search performance. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO strategy, website optimization, keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities
- Optimize website content, page structure, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking
- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, and overall SEO performance
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with relevant teams for improvements
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for organic growth
- Manage backlink building and link acquisition activities
- Track SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Prepare regular SEO reports and performance insights




- Stay updated with current search engine optimization practices and industry trends
- Work closely with content and marketing teams to improve organic reach and website performance

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in SEO
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Positive understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to plan and execute SEO strategies independently
