Job Summary

BuildOwn Developers is looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate high-quality leads, and support our digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, content marketing, and lead generation. Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and online visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website SEO audits.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, including content optimization and link-building strategies.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate and improve the quality of real estate leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, conversions, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Create, publish, and manage engaging website, social media, and digital marketing content.
- Optimize landing pages, ad campaigns,



and conversion funnels to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead management and follow-up.
- Track campaign KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google Ads/Meta Ads practices, digital marketing tools, and industry developments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Good working knowledge of:
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Keyword research
- On-page and off-page SEO
- Lead generation and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical, communication, content, and reporting skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Experience in real estate digital marketing or property lead generation will be an added advantage.
