IntopDigital is a growing web development and digital marketing company helping businesses increase their online visibility, generate leads, and grow through SEO, local search optimization, Google Ads, website development, and modern AI-driven search strategies.

We are looking for an SEO & Paid Search Specialist who can help improve our clients' visibility across Google Search, local search results, Google Business Profiles, Google Ads, and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve organic keyword rankings and website traffic.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles and improve visibility in local and "near me" searches.
- Work on local citations, backlinks, reviews, and location-based SEO strategies.
- Improve client visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search experiences.
- Implement or recommend schema markup, structured content, and authority-building strategies.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Performance Max.
- Perform PPC keyword research, negative keyword optimization, audience/location targeting, and ad copy testing.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversions, cost per lead, and ROI.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
- Monitor performance through Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.




- Prepare simple performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with developers, designers, and content teams to implement SEO and conversion improvements.

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of SEO or digital marketing experience preferred.
- Good understanding of SEO, Local SEO, keyword research, and backlinks.
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile optimization.
- Understanding of Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Interest in modern AI-driven search optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Willingness to continuously learn new SEO, advertising, and AI search strategies.

Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, WordPress, Shopify, Local Falcon, BrightLocal, or schema markup is an advantage but not mandatory. Work Schedule & Flexibility The regular working schedule is 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Saturday.

We offer a flexible working setting and focus on productivity, communication, meeting deadlines, and delivering results. However, candidates should generally be available during the scheduled working hours for team communication and client-related work.
