Department: Engineering – Backend About the Role We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our Engineering team and build, enhance, and maintain backend services for our education platforms. You will take ownership of services end-to-end—from architecture and development to performance optimization and production support—while working closely with QA, DevOps, and Frontend teams.

What You'll Do - Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET / ASP.NET Core and C#.

- Make architecture decisions around data modeling, caching, and integrations.
- Write clean, scalable, testable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Optimize database queries and access patterns using MongoDB / SQL Server.
- Collaborate with Angular developers for API integration.
- Participate in system design and scalability discussions.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot environment and configuration-related issues.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.





What We're Looking For - 3+ years of professional experience with C# / .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.

- Robust understanding of REST APIs, authentication/authorization, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core or equivalent ORM.
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware.
- Experience with AWS/cloud platforms and Docker.
- Familiarity with Linux-based production environments.
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
- Proficiency with Git. Good to Have - Kubernetes / EKS experience.
- RabbitMQ and event-driven architecture exposure.
- Experience with EdTech, SaaS, or multi-tenant platforms.
- AWS Secrets Manager and IAM knowledge.
- Experience with performance/load testing tools such as k6.
