About the Role

Dutees is looking for an SEO & AIO Specialist to strengthen our visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

The role goes beyond conventional keyword ranking. You will work on improving how Dutees and its products are discovered through Google Search as well as AI-driven search and answer platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other emerging search experiences.

We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in SEO who is curious about AI search, understands how search behaviour is changing, and is willing to continuously learn and experiment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute SEO strategies to increase relevant organic traffic and business enquiries.
- Manage On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent mapping.
- Optimize website pages, product/category pages, landing pages and blogs for search visibility.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify technical, content and indexing issues.
- Improve website architecture, internal linking, metadata and content structure.
- Work with the website and content teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Develop content strategies that improve both traditional search and AI-search discoverability.
- Optimize content around topics, entities, questions and conversational search behaviour.




- Support structured data/schema implementation wherever relevant.
- Monitor how the brand, products and website appear across emerging AI search/answer platforms.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand authority, credible mentions and digital presence.
- Build and monitor quality backlinks and referral opportunities.
- Track performance through Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, conversions and AI-search visibility.
- Prepare concise performance reports with clear recommendations and next actions.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
- Practical experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Good knowledge of keyword research, competitor research and SEO audit tools.
- Understanding of website structure, crawling, indexing and backlinks.
- Familiarity with schema/structured data will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred.
- Interest or practical exposure to AI Search Optimization / AIO / Generative Search is highly preferred.




- Ability to understand how AI is changing online discovery and search behaviour.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good English communication skills.

Important: Strong traditional SEO knowledge is essential. Candidates who have a good SEO foundation and are actively learning AI-search optimization are also encouraged to apply.

What Success Looks Like

Performance will be measured based on growth in relevant organic traffic, improvement in priority keyword visibility, technical SEO health, growth in non-branded search discovery, organic enquiries/conversions, quality of backlinks/brand authority, and progressive improvement in Dutees' visibility across AI-driven search platforms.
