Marketplace Network is a technology team that builds and maintains marketplace websites and automation systems across several industries. These include Australian RV and caravan marketplaces, freight logistics and e-commerce.

We also manage SEO and content-development programs for our marketplace websites. We use AI tools to help research, plan, draft and illustrate blog articles and website content at scale.

About the Role

We are looking for an SEO & AI Content Development Intern to join our team on-site in Erode.

In this hands-on role, you will assist with keyword research, on-page SEO, blog writing, website content development and AI-generated images. You will use AI tools to support the content-development process while ensuring that the final content is accurate, relevant, properly formatted and written in clear English.

This internship is ideal for someone interested in gaining practical experience in SEO, content marketing and AI-assisted content production for live marketplace websites.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research for blog articles, landing pages and other website content.
- Assist with on-page SEO improvements across our marketplace websites.
- Research and plan relevant blog and website content topics.
- Draft blog articles and website content using AI writing tools.
- Review and refine AI-assisted content for accuracy, relevance, readability and tone.
- Generate supporting images for blog articles and website pages using AI image-generation tools.
- Proofread and format content before publication.
- Help organise content plans, keywords and publishing information using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.




- Assist with uploading and formatting content in WordPress or a similar content management system.

Requirements

- Strong written English and the ability to edit content clearly and accurately.
- A basic understanding of SEO concepts or the willingness to learn them quickly.
- An interest in using AI tools, such as ChatGPT and AI image generators, for content development.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering and general data handling.
- Willingness to learn new tools, ask questions and follow established processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliability in completing assigned tasks accurately and on time.
- Ability to work in office in Erode for the duration of the internship.

Nice to Have Not Required

- Previous exposure to SEO, blogging, copywriting or content marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets.
- Experience using AI writing or AI image-generation tools.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or a similar content management system.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n.

Duration and Compensation This is a 6-month internship and training period. A fixed stipend of 5,000 per month will be provided throughout the 6 months.
