Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Wireman to handle electrical control panel wiring, installation, testing, and troubleshooting activities. The candidate should have positive knowledge of electrical components, panel wiring, and the ability to read electrical drawings and work independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical control panel wiring as per approved electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Understand and follow electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and panel layouts.
- Carry out wiring of PLC panels, control panels, MCC panels, VFD panels, and automation panels.
- Perform termination of cables, ferrules, lugs, connectors, and electrical components.
- Install and wire components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, timers, SMPS, terminals, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, and other control components.
- Ensure proper wire numbering, tagging, routing, dressing, and termination.
- Check panel wiring for correctness, neatness, and compliance with drawings.
- Perform continuity checks, point-to-point testing, and basic electrical testing.
- Identify and rectify wiring errors, loose connections, and other panel-related issues.
- Coordinate with the Design, PLC, Production, and Service teams for wiring and testing activities.
- Assist in FAT and panel testing before dispatch.
- Support site installation,



commissioning, and troubleshooting activities whenever required.
- Guide and supervise junior wiremen/helpers during panel wiring activities.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow electrical safety procedures.
- Report any drawing mismatch, component issue, or technical problem to the concerned department.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical panel wiring.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of control panel components and electrical accessories.
- Good understanding of PLC, VFD, relay, contactor, and control circuit wiring.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage wiring activities.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in an industrial automation / engineering company will be preferred.

Qualification
- ITI – Electrician / Wireman or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in electrical panel wiring.
- Candidates with experience in PLC/automation panel wiring will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
