Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing, storytelling, motion graphics, sound design, and social-media content creation.

You will be responsible for taking raw footage and creative concepts and turning them into high-quality, engaging videos for social media, digital marketing, advertisements, YouTube, reels, promotional campaigns, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, ads, promotional campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Transform raw footage into engaging and visually compelling stories.
- Handle the complete post-production process, including editing, color correction, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects.
- Create engaging short-form content optimized for social media and performance marketing.
- Add motion graphics, kinetic typography, text animations, transitions, and other visual elements where required.
- Understand creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and brand guidelines.
- Select the best footage, music, sound effects, graphics, and visual assets to create polished final videos.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, branding, pacing, and storytelling across projects.
- Work closely with designers, content creators, social media managers, and marketing teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Review and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Maintain organized project files, footage, assets, and editing timelines.
- Stay updated with current video-editing trends, social-media formats,



editing techniques, and creative styles.
- Mentor or guide junior video editors when required.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of color correction and basic color grading.
- Strong understanding of audio editing, sound effects, music synchronization, and voice-over mixing.
- Ability to create engaging hooks and quick-paced edits for short-form content.
- Knowledge of social-media video formats, aspect ratios, captions, and platform requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of professional video-editing experience.
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies, creative studios, brands, or social-media teams.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating professional editing skills.
- Experience creating Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, ad creatives, corporate videos, and campaign content.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted video editing and creative tools is a plus.
