Senior Video EditorRole Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Video Editor to lead our post-production activities and create high-quality video content for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical editing skills, a sharp creative eye, excellent storytelling ability, and the confidence to lead and guide junior editors while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging, and platform-ready videos.
- Lead the complete post-production process, including video editing, color correction, sound design, transitions, motion graphics, and final rendering.
- Create content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, paid advertisements, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Production teams to understand concepts, objectives, and brand requirements.
- Develop solid visual storytelling through effective pacing, sequencing, music, effects, and transitions.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on junior editors’ work to maintain quality and consistency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high production standards.




- Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual style, tone, and messaging across all video content.
- Organize and maintain project files, footage, assets, and backups efficiently.
- Stay updated with latest video trends, editing techniques, AI tools, and industry best practices.
- Take ownership of projects from brief to final delivery and ensure all outputs meet the required quality standards.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent editing software.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, composition, color, sound, and pacing.
- Experience creating short-form and long-form digital content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to independently manage projects and lead junior team members.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and AI-based video/content tools will be an added advantage.

Experience 3–6 years of relevant experience in video editing, post-production, digital content, advertising, or a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
