Role Description The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for owning the end-to-end post-production process, from ingesting footage to delivering polished video assets for campaigns, social media, and brand content. Day-to-day tasks include editing video content, refining narrative flow, performing color correction and grading, adding motion graphics and titles, and ensuring all outputs meet brand and technical standards. The role also involves collaborating closely with creative directors, marketers, and designers to interpret briefs, contribute ideas, and optimize content for different platforms and audiences.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



requiring consistent presence at the office for team collaboration, reviews, and production planning.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience managing end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent visual style and mood across different projects.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Demonstrated experience as a senior or lead video editor in marketing, advertising, or content-focused environments.
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Relevant degree or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
