Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to lead and execute advanced RF and system-level testing activities for hardware and software-integrated products. The role is responsible for developing robust test methodologies, managing complex test setups and precision test equipment, and ensuring accurate calibration and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead test planning and execution by developing comprehensive test methodologies and running advanced RF and system-level testing protocols.
- Manage advanced test setups and ensure high-precision test equipment is properly calibrated, configured, and maintained for optimal performance.
- Perform deep-dive debugging and root cause analysis on product or system failures to isolate defects and prevent recurring quality issues.
- Validate software and product features systematically to ensure firmware and hardware integrations align with engineering specifications.




- Evaluate overall product performance strictly against Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) to guarantee compliance before final sign-off.

Qualification::

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication ,Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- 3-5 years of Proven experience in Advanced RF testing (Radio Frequency), system-level validation, and working with complex hardware-software integrations.
- Hands-on expertise in operating high-precision electronic instruments (e.g., Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters).
- Strong technical debugging skills with a structured approach to root cause analysis (RCA) on component and system failures.
- Familiarity with standard Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and manufacturing test documentation protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, sharp attention to detail, and strong collaborative communication skills to interface effectively with Production Engineers and R&D; teams.
- Willingness to thrive in a high-tech, quick-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to evolving projectdeadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
