Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Consultant to lead Integrations for a portfolio of clients. You will lead a team of Technical Consultants responsible for integration solutioning and development — owning technical direction, guiding solution design, and ensuring high-quality delivery of new and enhanced integration interfaces. You will also drive periodic client leadership connects through demos and meetups, and step in hands-on to help the team solve complex issues on integration interfaces when needed.

Our team already uses AI for solutioning and writing code — as a quick learner, you will deepen and scale this practice across the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of 5-6 Technical Consultants across regions — set priorities, review delivery quality, mentor on solutioning, and drive accountability for integration outcomes.




- Own integration solutioning end to end — translate client requirements and change requests into robust designs (APIs, file-based flows, middleware patterns) and guide the team through build and delivery.
- Lead and review the solutioning work done by Technical Consultants — ensure code quality, reusability, maintainability, and alignment with platform and integration standards.
- Act as the technical lead for key integration engagements — drive architecture decisions, design reviews, and complex solutioning discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Drive client leadership connects through demos and meetups — showcase integration capabilities, walk through solution approaches, align on roadmap priorities, and strengthen executive-level confidence in delivery.
- Help the team resolve issues on integration interfaces — debug production integration failures, unblock consultants on complex interface problems, and restore stable data flows.
- Stay hands-on with Python and integration tooling to review, guide, and, when required, contribute to builds and troubleshooting on integration interfaces.
- Build on the team's existing use of AI for solutioning and writing code — as a quick learner, strengthen AI-assisted design, coding, review, and documentation practices so the team delivers faster with consistent quality.
- Partner with Product/Engineering on platform capabilities, integration patterns, and enhancements needed for scalable client solutions.
- Build and maintain solutioning standards, reusable patterns, and technical documentation so the team can deliver consistently as engagement volume grows.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-8 years of experience in technical consulting, integration solutioning/development, or similar roles within HRTech/SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven experience leading Technical Consultants or similar delivery teams — including mentoring,



quality oversight, and owning delivery outcomes.
- Strong hands-on programming ability in Python — comfortable writing, reading, reviewing, and debugging integration code.
- Solid expertise in system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, middleware) with the ability to design and solution complex integration landscapes.
- Demonstrated ability to help teams diagnose and resolve issues on integration interfaces in production environments.
- Experience engaging client leadership through demos, technical meetups, and executive-facing solution discussions.
- A quick learner who already uses AI tools for solutioning and writing code (e.g., LLM-based assistants, coding copilots) and can strengthen this practice across a delivery team.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills — able to explain technical designs clearly and lead solution discussions with both technical and leadership audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance leadership responsibilities and hands-on technical contribution.

Good to Have

- JavaScript experience — a plus for integration builds, scripting, and related client-side or middleware work.
- Prior direct experience with the Darwinbox platform or similar HRMS/HCM products.
- Exposure to standard and custom integration patterns (SFTP, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
- Experience scaling AI-assisted solutioning and coding practices across a consulting or engineering team.

What Success Looks Like:

Within the first two quarters, this person will have established clear ownership of integration solutioning and development quality across their team, built a strong rhythm of client leadership demos and meetups, helped stabilize and resolve complex integration interface issues, and strengthened the team's existing AI-driven approach to solutioning and coding — leaving behind a high-performing, cross-region Technical Consultant team capable of scaling delivery with consistent quality.
