⚡ Thinks beyond the happy path

⚡ Understands distributed systems

⚡ Has shipped real-time/event-driven products

⚡ Can challenge technical decisions — and change their mind when the data says so





⚡ Thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership

⚡ Can translate seamlessly between Engineering ↔ Business

5+ years in Product Management with 2+ years in technical/platform/infrastructure products is required.

? Experience with AWS, Kafka, geospatial/fleet products, UPI or safety-critical systems? That's a strong plus.

? Compensation: Performance-based and aligned with individual contribution and results.
