nRole Overview:

nThe Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, integrating, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The role involves working directly with customers, leading technical delivery, conducting functional design workshops, and supporting successful end-to-end solution implementation.

nThe ideal candidate should have robust hands-on ServiceNow experience, excellent knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes, scripting, integrations, and enterprise technologies, along with the ability to lead small technical or cross-functional teams.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Work closely with customers to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
n
- Lead and facilitate functional and technical design workshops
n
- Create detailed solution and design specifications based on out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities and customer requirements
n
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery including solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and implementation
n
- Design and develop ServiceNow customizations using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, and related technologies
n
- Develop and manage integrations using Web Services, SOAP, Email, MID Server, plugins, and other integration mechanisms
n
- Apply strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL processes, metrics, and KPIs
n




- Provide technical leadership and direction to small technical or cross-functional teams
n
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical Architecture teams on client presentations, workshops, solution discussions, and technical proposals
n
- Analyze complex technical/business challenges and develop creative, scalable solutions
n
- Prepare clear and structured technical, functional, and customer-facing documentation
n
- Work with customers and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.

nStrong understanding of ITSM / ITIL processes, metrics, and KPIs

nHands-on experience with JavaScript/AJAX, HTML, CSS, and XML

nExperience developing ServiceNow integrations using Web Services, SOAP, Email, MID Server, and plugins

nGood understanding of enterprise technologies such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and infrastructure concepts

nExperience in technical leadership / guiding small teams

nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills

nAbility to create high-quality technical and customer-facing documentation

nPreferred ServiceNow Product Expertise:

nExperience in 3 or more of the following ServiceNow product lines is preferred:
