As a Senior OT Support Engineer, you take ownership where standard processes end: solving complex issues, driving automation, and leading global rollouts in a highly agile production environment. /n /n Your Responsibilities /n /n

- Global OT Support

- Act as escalation point for issues beyond SOPs

/n

- Troubleshoot complex system, integration, and data challenges

/n

- Factory Enablement

/n

- Support and optimize operations across ~50 production sites

/n

- Manage high-impact change requests with global stakeholders

/n

- Global Rollouts

/n

- Support and lead OT system rollouts and deployments worldwide

/n

- Drive implementation directly in real production environments

/n

- Automation & Continuous Improvement

/n

- Automate repetitive SOP-driven tasks

/n

- Build scripts, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and stability

/n

- Hands-on Execution

/n

- Work directly with shopfloor systems and technologies

/n

- Bridge the gap between concept and real-world operations

/n /n Your Profile /n /n

- Strong hands-on experience in OT / Manufacturing IT / Industrial Systems

/n

- Proven experience in shopfloor environments

/n

- Expertise in MES, SCADA, PLCs, and system integrations

/n

- Experience with global rollouts / deployments

/n

- Skills in automation / scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, APIs)

/n

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

/n

- Fluent in English
