Position Title: Executive / Sr. Executive – Stores

CTC: up to 4-8 LPA

Location: Khetiawas,Pataudi, Gurgaon

We are looking for a proactive Executive / Sr. Executive – Stores to manage day-to-day stores, warehouse, inventory, and dispatch operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, timely material movement, and compliance with company quality and operational standards.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in SAP S/4HANA for inward Raw Material receipts.

Prepare sales invoices and generate E-Way Bills through the E-Way Bill Portal for customer dispatches.

Maintain Raw Material (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) inventory in SAP S/4HANA with 99.9% inventory accuracy.

Maintain proper inward and outward material records with complete identification and traceability.

Process customer returns and rejection bookings in SAP and maintain related documentation.

Handle warehouse manpower, prepare shift rotations and ensure implementation of 5S practices within the warehouse.

Ensure timely dispatch of Finished Goods along with test reports as per customer and Marketing schedules.

Prepare daily dispatch plans based on customer requirements and production availability.

Monitor and update Raw Material shortage reports on a daily basis.

Perform SAP stock versus physical stock reconciliation and report discrepancies.

Conduct monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual physical stock verification and reconciliation.

Maintain records and prepare documentation required for internal, customer and certification audits.

Ensure test certificates are prepared and shared with customers for all dispatched materials as required.

Manage job work material movements and perform periodic reconciliation.

Coordinate daily loading and unloading activities for inward and outward materials.





Coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution of customer complaints related to stores, dispatch and logistics.

Monitor inventory status, including running stock, slow-moving, non-moving and job work inventory, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Ensure FIFO (First in, First Out) is followed for both Raw Materials and Finished Goods.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Marketing, and Logistics teams for smooth warehouse and dispatch operations.

JOB RELEVANT SKILLS

Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA for inventory, GRN, dispatch and warehouse management.

Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, dispatch planning and logistics coordination.

Understanding of stock reconciliation, FIFO implementation, and material traceability.

Knowledge of E-Way Bill generation, sales invoice preparation, and customer dispatch documentation.

Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO standards, and warehouse audit requirements.

Good analytical, reporting, and record management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree with relevant warehouse and inventory management experience will also be considered.

3–8 years of relevant experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory and Dispatch Operations.

Experience in the Automotive, Polymer, Plastics, or Manufacturing Industry is preferred.

Hands-on experience in SAP-based inventory management, warehouse operations, and dispatch coordination is mandatory.

Experience in customer dispatches, warehouse documentation, stock reconciliation, and audit support will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
