Work Flexibility: Hybrid What you will do Perform Verification and Validation of Medical Device Software and similar applications. Develop test automation suit using C/C++/ Python. Perform unit/ integration and system verification. Translate requirements into test design and implementation of same. Lead a team and perform design, develop and document test automation framework. Participate in code reviews, requirement tracing and documentation.

Verification and Validation plan and other required documentation. Work with multi-disciplinary team and global R&D; group including System Engineers, developers and global peers to create Test strategy.

What you need: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 10+ years of experience in embedded software development/verification & validation with experience of leading a team of test development and test automation engineers. Strong knowledge and experience in C/C++/Python and experience in working with test fixture development involving hardware and software. Ability to understand datasheets, schematics and hands on experience with tools like oscilloscopes, function generator, DMM, logic analyzer and other hardware analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications: Highly developed ability to effectively troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems.

Experience with revision control tools like Perforce, GitHub, bitbucket and knowledge on WiFi, connectivity, UART, SPI, I2C is preferred.



Ability to work with individuals around the world on distributed development activities. Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.

Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
