Educational Qualification
Master of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP) OR M. Sc. in Speech-Language Pathology (M. Sc. SLP) Valid RCI Registration is mandatory AVAZ or PECS Certification DTTC or PROMPT Certification Experience
Minimum 10 years of qualified experience Minimum 3 years of specific experience in Autism Care Key Skills

Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations for complex speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing/feeding disorders. Evaluate and recommend advanced AAC solutions, including speech-generating devices and eye-gaze systems. Assess language profiles and tailor interventions using appropriate communication approaches. Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based IEPs/ITPs. Provide specialized therapy for verbal/non-verbal communication, language, fluency, voice, oral-motor and swallowing needs. Assess and manage Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) using evidence-based approaches such as DTTC and PROMPT.
Mentor Junior Speech
Therapists and interns and conduct regular case reviews. Collaborate with Pediatricians, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, and Special Educators. Conduct caregiver training and home-program orientations. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress reports, and outcome measurements. Contribute to clinical protocol development, curriculum development, and expansion of services at the Centre.
