We are looking for an Electrical Engineering professional with strong experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Vendor Management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying, evaluating and developing vendors, negotiating costs and driving sourcing initiatives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Strong Electrical Engineering background

Excellent Sourcing & Procurement experience

Solid Vendor Handling / Vendor Development experience

Electrical & Electronic component sourcing

EMS / PCBA / Motor / Wiring Harness experience

C-Parts & Indirect Procurement

Supplier evaluation & development

Cost negotiation & cost reduction





Zero-Based Costing knowledge

Localization & strategic sourcing

Good analytical & negotiation skills

Willingness to travel across India for vendor identification

Immediate joiners / candidates with 30–45 days NP preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities
- Identify and develop new vendors across India
- Evaluate supplier capability, capacity, quality and cost
- Handle vendor negotiations and commercial discussions
- Drive cost reduction and localization initiatives
- Work with Engineering / R&D; teams on NPI requirements
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve sourcing issues
- Conduct market research and supplier mapping
- Build strong long-term supplier relationships
