Job Title: B2B Sales Manager – Solar

Experience: 4–15 Years in B2B Sales

Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month (including variable component), as per competence

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales professional to drive business development and sales for solar PV projects, including rooftop and ground-mounted solutions across residential, commercial and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar PV projects.
- Promote rooftop and ground-mounted solar solutions.
- Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, referrals and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and technical discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with design, engineering and installation teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, EPCs, builders and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering,



Business or a related field.
- 4–15 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
- Experience in Solar, Capital Equipment Supply to Construction (Lifts, Generators, Transformers, Machinery, etc.) or Water-related Products industries.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems and renewable energy solutions will be preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of net metering, subsidies and solar regulations.
- Existing network of EPCs, builders or corporate clients will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
- Must own a vehicle.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month, including variable component, based on competence.
- Performance-based incentives.
- Travel allowance and other advantages will be provided separately as per company policy.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
