Role Description The Senior Software Engineer is a full time, in office role based in Bihar Sharif. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable back-end services and applications that power SaathApp’s platform. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, efficient code, implementing APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring reliability and security of key systems.

The Senior Software

Engineer collaborates with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues,



improving development practices, and contributing to architectural decisions that support future growth.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining RESTful services or APIs
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in large codebases
- Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL), version control systems, and deployment processes
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems and contribute to architectural decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience in a senior or lead engineering role is highly beneficial
