Key Responsibilities

- Daily Management: Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and manage in office resources.

- Safety Enforcement: Make sure all health and safety rules are followed to prevent accidents.

- Quality Control: Inspect work in progress to ensure it meets building standards and project designs.

- Team Leadership: Supervise workers, solve conflicts, and report progress to project

- Senior Level: 5 to 8+ years (leading large teams, handling end-to-end site execution, and resolving critical site conflicts). Large or specialized infrastructure projects may ask for 10+ years. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Key Qualifications

- Education: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related technical field is often preferred. [1, 2]

- Core Skills: Deep knowledge of building codes, safety rules, labor control, and blueprint reading.

Pay: ₹11,831.22 - ₹25,000.00 per month
